This secure integration brings Datasite’s VDRs and projects into Blueflame AI's platform automatically and in real time, making the content immediately available for AI-powered analysis. This enables investment professionals to access and analyze data rooms without the traditional download-upload headache.

How the integration works

When Datasite is connected to your Blueflame account, the integration syncs your permissioned projects and content to Blueflame AI automatically and in real time. Key capabilities and benefits include:

• AI-powered deal intelligence: Search, query, monitor, and analyze diligence materials without rebuilding deal context or manually stitching information together.
• No manual downloads or uploads: When you are granted download permissions to a Datasite VDR, the content automatically flows into your Blueflame Files area and maintains the existing project folder structure. This eliminates the need to download and upload VDR documents.
• Automatic updates: VDR content in Blueflame AI updates as new documents are added to the VDR in Datasite. Data is generally refreshed every 15-30 minutes.
• Inclusive of all Datasite project types: The integration syncs all the user's permissioned projects and content directly to Blueflame AI (including Prepare, Diligence, Acquire, Archive, Pipeline, and Outreach).

What you can do with the integration

This integration supports common workflows across diligence, execution, and post-close analysis. Blueprints are also available in the Blueflame Blueprints library for certain workflows.

• Query and search your VDR files: Ask questions in natural language and search across folders and documents to quickly find key terms, clauses, or issues without digging through every file.
• Perform initial data room teardowns: Map the VDR structure, summarize key documents, and generate internal update emails.
• Support DRL reviews: Compare your standard diligence request list (DRL) against the contents of the VDR to identify gaps or follow-up needs.
• Monitor changes: Check for updated or modified files on a regular cadence, run difference analysis, and compile key developments into an email.
• Detect inconsistencies: Flag narrative contradictions, information gaps, or anomalies and suggest targeted clarifications.
