November Product Update: Email Agents, User Profiles, and Blueprint Enhancements

We're excited to share the latest enhancements to Blueflame AI. Over the past few weeks, we've shipped significant improvements to how your team works—from accessing critical insights faster to automating repetitive analysis to scaling institutional knowledge across your firm. Here's what's new.

Introducing Blueflame AI’s email agents for automatic document summaries

We've eliminated one of the most repetitive workflows our clients face: manually downloading, uploading, and prompting for summaries of key documents. Our new email agents automatically scan your inbox, run analysis, and deliver targeted summaries of select attachments, including CIMs, board decks, expert network transcripts, and other critical attachments—within 10-15 minutes of receiving the file

The agents extract key data points and provide quick-action links to common next steps like updating your CRM, generating a deep research report, finding similar past deals, or chatting with the document.

Key email agents & what they deliver

Here are the key file types currently supported and what each agent delivers:

• CIMs: A data table with key financials and retention metrics, plus critical questions and potential risks to consider (customer concentration, leadership transitions, financial volatility, etc.)

• Board deck materials: Actuals versus budget, commentary, key initiative status updates, and suggested questions to explore

• Expert network transcripts: A data table of key figures cited and a summary of key insights

Streamlined Blueprint building, editing, and collaboration

We've introduced several enhancements that make it easier to build, share, and manage Blueprints—our multi-step workflow automation agents—across your organization. These improvements include:

• Organization approval workflow: Account admins can review and approve or decline Blueprints before they're promoted to the organization library, maintaining quality standards while enabling bottom-up innovation.

• Enhanced editing experience: Collapsible execution prompts and enable/disable toggles make creating and managing Blueprints more intuitive.

• Simplified sharing: A new Share button enables team members to quickly adopt and reuse workflow automations, reducing duplicate effort and increasing team productivity.

• Time zone intelligence: Scheduled times automatically translate to each user's local time zone, eliminating confusion for distributed teams.

• Expanded ownership options: Ownership transfer functionality has been extended to the Service Account role for greater flexibility.

The result is more collaborative workflow automation that accelerates standardization of best practices across your firm.
