Job Description  

The Sales Executive at Blueflame AI is responsible for driving sales growth by identifying potential clients, developing relationships, and closing deals. This role involves understanding customer needs, presenting the company’s generative AI platform, and negotiating deals to achieve sales targets. The Sales Executive plays a critical role in the company's revenue generation and overall success. The ideal candidate will be organized, energetic, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.  

Responsibilities

Lead Generation and Prospecting:

  • Identify and research potential clients through various channels, including networking, referrals, and online research
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of leads to ensure consistent sales opportunities

Client Engagement:

  • Initiate contact with prospects through various channels, including email outreach and in-person meetings
  • Conduct needs assessments to understand client requirements

Sales Presentations:

  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to showcase the company’s platform
  • Demonstrate product features and benefits to potential clients

Negotiation and Closing:

  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with clients to close sales effectively
  • Prepare and present sales proposals and contracts

Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Provide ongoing support to clients, ensuring ongoing customer satisfaction

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies with marketing campaigns
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as the company’s client success and product teams, to enhance the customer experience

Reporting and Analysis:

  • Track sales performance metrics and report on progress towards sales target
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth  

Continuous Learning:

  • Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and sales techniques
  • Participate in training sessions and professional development opportunities  

What You Bring

  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role in the sales industry
  • Experience selling SaaS products to private markets, hedge fund, or investment banking clients
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Experience in developing and executing strategic sales plans
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is required, supporting strategic thinking and effective communication in sales

Compensation

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $125,000 to $175,000 and includes a commission plan for an expected total compensation target at goal of 2x base salary. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, and education. In addition to a base salary, we offer a competitive benefits package.
