Raj draws on a wide-ranging background encompassing software development, corporate growth, business management, sales, marketing. Throughout his career, he has played a central role in developing top-tier tools in alternative investments and cybersecurity.

Formerly Chief Strategy Officer at ACA, Raj oversaw corporate development and M&A, also serving as Interim Co-CEO, Chief Innovation Officer, and Head of RegTech and ESG. He was the founder of Aponix, later ACA's cyber division, a leader in the alternatives sector. Raj's experience includes roles as a quantitative software developer at Kepos Capital, Highbridge, and Goldman Sachs Asset Management. He holds a B.S. in Computer Engineering from Columbia University, along with CISSP and CFA credentials.

Henry Lindemann brings a decade of experience of business growth and client support in the alternative investment sector. Prior to joining Blueflame, he spent seven years at ACA Group, where he held various roles, including leading strategic sales and heading the Cyber and ESG sales division. Henry's business development background extends to positions at Kela, Eze Software Group, and ConvergEx Group. He holds a B.A. in Global Studies from the University of California, Santa Barbara.

Justin Guthrie brings two decades of experience servicing the asset management industry across multiple spectrums. Justin has spent the last 19 years at ACA Group and its predecessor companies. Prior to joining ACA, he spent three years in public accounting at EY. While at ACA, Justin oversaw the Performance Services business for 10 years, acquiring 2 key competitors during that time period and driving substantial topline and bottom-line growth. Most recently, he led key transformational strategies and integrations across the front and back offices as COO. Justin holds a M.S. in Accounting from the University of Tennessee and is a CFA charter holder.

Ed Chu, Chief Technology Officer at Blueflame AI, brings decades of financial services technology and leadership experience to drive the company's technology strategy and innovation.

A renowned industry technologist, Chu previously served as CTO and partner at Kepos Capital, L.P., where he was part of the founding team and guided the firm's growth to manage over $2 billion AUM.

At Kepos, he spearheaded multiple technology innovations, including the creation of a data warehouse, research/portfolio construction system, and an electronic platform for OTC trading.

Prior to Kepos, Chu spent nearly a decade at Goldman Sachs Asset Management, where he held various roles from software engineer to manager of the technology team within the Quantitative Investment Strategies (QIS) Group.

James Tedman has over 20 years’ experience working in the alternative investment sector. Most recently, James spent 8 years at ACA Group where he was a Partner in the cybersecurity and privacy division of ACA, for Private Markets solutions as well as their European business. Prior to ACA, James was CTO at Sloane Robinson, a large hedge fund where was responsible for development and infrastructure. He spent 9 years at Morgan Stanley in their technology and Prime Brokerage teams. He holds a BEng and BCom in Engineering and Commerce from the University of Birmingham, UK. He’s a keen cyclist and dreams of racing cars one day. He lives in East Sussex, UK with his wife and 3 children.

Krissy Kennedy is the Head of Marketing at Blueflame AI. With over two decades of experience, Krissy has built and elevated brands across Financial Services, FinTech, and SaaS sectors. Her career includes a 9-year tenure at ACA Group, where she initiated and led global marketing efforts, and 8 years at Eze Castle Software, where she developed the marketing program during crucial growth phases. Krissy's expertise extends to providing outsourced marketing support for various industries, including web development, graphic design, healthcare, and technology startups. Krissy resides in Massachusetts with her husband and three children.

Mike has spent nearly two decades in customer service and relationship management helping support the alternatives market. Prior to joining Blueflame, Mike spent 16 years at SS&C Eze, formerly Eze Software Group, in a number of client facing roles managing the largest and most complex global relationships directly, and ultimately leading the Global Customer Success function supporting over a thousand clients and all of the firm's subscription and professional services revenue with direct reports on all five continents. He holds a B.B.A in Finance and Operations Management from the University of Massachusetts.

Eric Levinson is an accomplished sales and business development professional with extensive experience in the financial services technology sector. He most recently served as Vice President and Co-head of North American Sales at DealCloud, where he was instrumental in shaping the company's strategic direction and overseeing sales in the Americas region. Levinson was previously Director of Client Development at DealCloud, contributing significantly to the growth and success of the organization. Throughout his career, he has held senior sales positions at Reis, Markit, S&P Capital IQ, Dealogic and Thomson Financial, managing all sales and account management across various information and software product suites.
